Funds raised through this raffle will directly support the operations and ongoing development of Snap-on Tools Kalgoorlie International Speedway, including:
- Race-day operations and safety costs
- Maintenance and upgrades to track and facilities
- Support for visiting teams and competitors
- Continued investment in our Junior Motorsport Development Program
All proceeds are used solely for the purposes approved under the Standard Lottery Permit.

This raffle is being held for Boulder Speedway Association Inc ABN: 39 191 436 075, PO Box 2107, Boulder, WA, 6432.
The raffle commences on the 17th of February 2026, closes on the 16th of May 2026 and will be drawn on the 24th of May 2026 at Goldfields Hwy, Mulligar WA 6430 at 21:00. The draw will be conducted using a manual draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email or phone within 2 days after draw. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at www.kalgoorliespeedway.com.au/ and rafflelink.com.au/kis and Kalgoorlie Miner. State(s) where tickets are on sale WA.
This raffle is conducted under Permit No. LS223917725 issued by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.
Tickets are priced at $100 each.
Total number of tickets available: 800.
Ticket sales are open from 17 February 2026 and close 16 May 2026, or earlier if sold out.
The draw will take place on 24 May 2026.
Winners will be notified directly and published on 27 May 2026.
All prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the draw.
No refunds will be issued once ticket sales have commenced, except as permitted under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987.
The lottery shall be conducted so that every ticket has an equal chance of winning.
A percentage of proceeds will be paid to Glacier Park Group Pty Ltd as a professional fundraiser.
